Umm... Wouldn't it be WW3 weapons, because WW2 was about 300 years ago ingame.

Well a lot of the weapons from WW2 are still around today and many are still in production too. There's no reason that would change in the next 77 years, at least not along the lines of the Fallout cannon. Also they do seem to suit the post apocalyptic motif nicely.

the mauser designed "broomhandle" was produced from 1896 to 1936, and its still used in the fallout universe

PPSh (Shpagin SMG) 9mm, very steady and durable due to simply construction, althought it lacks precision (funny, but combat shotgun looks like PPSh)
TT pistol 9mm (russian replicated Colt 1911) powerful handgun
Hm-m-m...
Besides i agree with you: Russian weapons MUST be in game.
Please someone convert this great gun to Fallout 3.
I cant do this myself because my skills in 3ds Max are too weak.
================================================================================
What we have there(PPSH-41(Models).rar): 3 models of Russian WWII PPSH-41(early version, before 1942) SMG in .max format.

Model named "ppsh-41"- is mid-poly, but have great textures, it has been converted from Call of Duty 2.
Model named "ppsh-41(2)"- have more polys than previous, but textures is rather bad. It's converted from GTA:SA.
Model named "ppsh-41(3)"-is the "ppsh-41(2)" model with detached magazine.
If you can convert this to Fallout 3, please upload complete mod on fallout3nexus.
Feel free to use any of the models in modification to fallout 3, but i prefer you choose "ppsh-41" named model.
What programs i use to have this models:
Call of Duty 2
3D Ripper DX
3DS Max 7(Respect KAM for his GTA Scripts)
If you interested please download:http://depositfiles....files/rin3zuzi0
Will be waiting for complete mod. Thanks in advance. And sorry for my English.

There is a mod that changes the Combat shotgun to a PPSH and brings that cylinder that holds the ammo farther back so it actually looks the part. It fires .32 ammo. You might want a new TT ammo made but I think .32 is ambiguous enough.

Yeah, i've seen this mod. But it's looks not realistic IMHO. I want to see real PPSH-41 in Fallout 3. And in my previous post you can download models of it in .max format to convert. Please some1 make PPSH-41 and ammo for it. Thanks. There is a mod that changes the Combat shotgun to a PPSH and brings that cylinder that holds the ammo farther back so it actually looks the part. I think the scale needs to be lowered on that Mosin, they weren't much bigger than a G3 in overall length.

Too big model man
Mosin is not so big, especially that one u made. its a carbine so it must be vanilla assault rifle size.
Can anyone make a MP40 or Stg44 gun?

I'd wish someone would get back on making a (proper) M1 Garand.
That rifle has been my fav since MOH1(on the playstation)
the guns I'd see being done would, be mentioned rifle, the M1941 Johnson rifle, the STG 44, the M1898 Trench shotgun.
and about the age/time difference with the guns, if Lincoln's repeater (made in the 1860s) can survive over 2000 years of warfair, then most of the guns of world war II can survive. even though the lever rifle was stored in a glass case for all those years, but hell, why not some MP-40s or a BAR, or even a STG 44.
and to those who don't know the M41 "big john" rifle heres a pic:

so think on it
