Hey just asking if someone would be able to please make a skin where the power armor is the master chief suit from halo?

Should be easy to port the Halo armor that was made to work in Oblivion. Permissions seem acceptable for this.

Now this looks kickass!

One of the things I miss from the original games were it's countless pop culture references. Having this armour as a rare or 1 of item with a falloutesque description when you find it would be cool.

if this were done, it could be called "Institute Infiltrator Armor" or something and placed in Dr. Zimmer's room. The highly advanced institute version of the BOS power armor.

No. I do not think it is even possible yet. A skeleton has to be attached before the armor/clothing can be rigged to the bones and we cannot even do that yet.
