What am I doing wrong.
I downloaded the 1.6.4 beta mod unziped it to my desktop, and the pointed it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW. Every time I open it it says brosw folder select your XCOM: EU folder default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown.
However when I browse to my Xcom enemy within folder it says
Unable to locate the Xcom instalation directory make sure you have selected the correct path. Then list the default path for EU. not EW. Also after I click ok the toolboks program comes up but I can do no actions can anyone help me out here.
Scratch that figured out that it works for enemy within just by directing it to enemy unknown.

So you could stay in the target area. Now the cam jumps back when you change the active soldier. Hell, it even jumps back when you choose "run'n'gun" from the assault class. You navigate in the target area, find a sweet spot to run to within the dashing range, choose run'n'gun and .... the cam jumps back, you must click 'ok' and then find your target tile again. Very, very annoying.
This is one thing that almost made me stop playing the game. Why can't it be like in every other standard RTS, where you can pan the camera independently from selecting units? And select units by hotkeys instead? The reason is consoles, I guess. Again. Hmpf.

Has anyone determined yet where a save file stores a "storyline mission triggered" flag?
Specifically: the Gangplank mission came up, and I skipped it since it re-triggered in EU. Now, in EW, that doesn't seem to be the case (perhaps it was overridden by one of the EXALT missions?).
Looks like this topic has come up on a number of forums, but I haven't seen any solution. Is it as simple as re-setting a flag, to allow that mission to be offered again?
I've been searching for a couple hours now, including through this thread, and haven't seen a recent reference.
I do see some from last year about Bokauk not having Slingshot...if that's still true, dude, can I just buy it for you?

Particularly that pesky Durand... I wasn't aware you could affect her class - she's come up as a sniper and I've got far too many of those.
Could use a new Assault class; it'd be grand to chuck a green recruit with no combat training experience in the front line, right? Any ideas?

Edit: By the way, is the Save Editor really meant to disable achievements?
