Would you consider allowing us adjusting stuff connected with classes through your tool OR perhaps something else is already cooking up?

I'm guessing this should be applied after existing .mod-based modifications, since they'd otherwise overwrite the new country/etc. settings?

That being said, I'm encountering an annoying bug. When I enabled "free camera rotation" I got very erratic camera behavior. Basically the camera broke and I couldn't get it to rotate around at all, it would always come back to my default location. I tried adjusting the degree increment of rotation to no effect due to a second bug. I discovered that xcom toolboks exe would now not save the changes I made to it for the "free rotation" option. In other words, I could neither disable nor adjust the increment of rotation for the free rotation option. As far as I can tell, I'm going to have to do a reinstall if I want the camera to work again.
Did anyone else encounter this problem? Is there a workaround and could we get a fix for this in the next edition? Otherwise, I find the utility highly easy to use and very effective. Endorsed.

If the two mods aren't already compatible, then ideally I would like to do what I can to make sure that they are, so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of both.Is there any chance to play with this mod with the Warspace Extension? Could you co-operate with BlackAlpha and merge the 2 mods somehow? That would be awesome, I'm really interested to try the mods together.
I haven't tried out Warspace so I haven't tested for compatibility. I had the impression that it just made ini edits, but I now realise that's probably incorrect and I understand BlackAlpha is now implementing some features from ToolBoks (and possibly other UPK edits) into Warspace. As long as those changes are done in the same way as ToolBoks, then those settings should work fine with each other. In fact, if Warspace installs features from ToolBoks (dissappearing corpses, overwatch/hunkerdown delay and critically wounded penalty), then ToolBoks will be able to change/uninstall those settings. Not that you would want to of course (apart from possibly changing the Will penalty to suit you), but they should be compatible
At the moment, I can't think of any reason as to why they should not be compatible, but I'd have to look into how Warspace works to confirm this. Also, make sure that ToolBoks settings are applied AFTER installing Warspace (or any other mod), otherwise it's possible Warspace might undo your chosen settings.
If it's confirmed that a clean XCOM install, with a clean Warspace install with no other mods, still doesn't work with ToolBoks, then I'll look into it, but try that scenario first and let me know of any error messages or settings not taking affect
EDIT: BlackAlpha has confirmed the two mods are compatible with each other
It's not something I've looked into much at the moment. Aren't there other mods that currently do this, or do you have some ideas that they don't cover? I'm open to suggestions, what did you specifically have in mind?Man, this mod is one of my very favorites for XCom! Thank you so much for your work!

Please let me know either way if Slingshot works or not, so I can confirm this to other people that askAwesome. Since I have the Slingshot DLC and have been meaning to start a new game, I'll keep an eye out for issues.

Yep, you're right. Make sure you apply ToolBoks settings AFTER installing any other mods, otherwise they'll likely undo your chosen settings
EDIT: Found a bug with the camera settings and have fixed it. I wasn't able to reproduce the erratic camera, but it might have been related to the other bug you mentioned. Try the updated version 0.51 Beta.First off, I'd just like to say thank you for your modding work. For the most part, I've benefitted from this utility and I enjoyed using the current release .50beta.

What XCOM version do you have installed? Check:When I use this mod, I get an error message that says
XCOM: Enemy Unknown has stopped working
...
Any ideas on what might be causing the problem?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\Version.txt
Do you have any other mods installed? Have you tried with a clean XCOM install (verify game cache) and then running ToolBoks again?

I haven't noticed any issues with Slingshot thusfar. I've already completed the three unique Council Missions (which are decent enough) and am chugging away through another Marathon-Damage Roulette-etc. Second Wave game. Apart from the weird zoom thing that's an already-known issue, there don't seem to be any problems.
