Gopher, Thanks for all your hard work. I noticed that you never cover big perk/underlying system changing mods like Ace Enhancements or Skyrim Redone(skyre) something for a future videocast ?

I wanna know where our DX 11 patch has gone, 1 year in and not a peep, the flat 2D trees in skyrim are starting to burn my eyes, they need tessellating.

@Goffer, Your videos, especially these compilation videos, Have really helped my transition from the Workshop to Nexus, I feel you've brought me up to speed on Skyrim's modding history. And in doing so helped me find the mods that interest me.

Thanks for another great video and for showcasing my character in the thumbnail Gopher. I'm looking forward to the next part of your anniversary compilation.

I apologize, but...RESPECT LOST. when you release content on the internet, whether it be a mod or otherwise, it becomes PUBLIC DOMAIN (unless it is rendered contrary by copyright). people DO have the right to take your material and post it anywhere, and any way they choose. this seems to be more of a morality issue in your eyes rather than an argument that actually holds any legal ground.

TheKing0123, I don't want to sound like a jerk and contradict you, but some countries have stricter copyright laws. Also if you copyright your mod, like a copmany would copyright thier content then the same laws apply it would be illegal and the person who 'stole' the material could be charged. You are correct about things that are public domain not falling under copyright laws. However if the creator of the mod created a simple copyright for their mod which is relatively easy to do; it can all be done on the internet for about $69 american. Oh it also only takes about five minutes to come into effect so the author could create the copyright for his mod right now if he hasn't already and then all those who 'copied', reposted, etc would now have committed a crime and wold be required to remove the 'stolen' content or face a fine or in some cases a jail sentence in a minimum security prision [you know for ppl who can't pay speeding tickets or whatever lol]
(oh and by the way it appeared as though a copyright had been displayed at the bottom of the page)

Liked your video and your other video's a lot. i have to now try Wargames, and open cities. I also found a nice map by Warburg which now works. The problem with the older mods now is that since the release of latest Skyrim update 1.8, a lot of mods need to be re-tested with TES5 because I am finding a lot of conflicts. So I guess the best thing now is for updating the mods you have and looking/checking for the most recent updates Dated Nov 2012 on..

@TheKing0123 I never claimed that it was a legal issue or that the uploaders did anything illegal. The rules binding what people can and cannot upload to modding community sites is decided by the admins of those sites. Now as a mod author, I agree to abide by those rules when I upload my work and if I break those rules there are consequences.
The controversy discussed in this video was not about legal rights, but rather about how the Workshop would interpret its own rules, and how it would enforce them. Fortunately (in my opinion) it was resolved and the existing precedent was left unchanged.

Can anybody explain a bit the meaning of that "Wayfarer increased to 40" message at 7:36?
Looks to me like a skill update related to walking. Is this from some specific mod?
