[Circuitous]

I saw a Scav who set up shop in a fallen Satellite dish and was like "Dammit why don't *I* drag bookcases and beds and other miscellaneous furniture and supplies around and build myself a respectable little home somewhere?"

And then I remembered I had to drag stuff.

Need a cart mod!
