Audio modding would definitely extend this game for me. First of all it would be awsome to replace the heroic combat music, perhaps some of the geoscape music too. And stuff like having combatscape voices in radio quality, etc. It would make the atmosphere more timeless and less like modern television, which can be kinda disturbing when it gets on your nerves.
