I want to buy the GOTY edition for my xbox and I want to know what the new types of amour and weapons are like. ( aroumor ratings, values, and pictures)

check out the official Morrowind webpage for screenshots. Also just about any search engine will find you pictures/stats/etc in a few seconds.

Roughly - there's high ordinator and adamantium armours in Mournhold and ice and nordic mail in solstheim. With those names you should have no trouble finding some info.

As for weapons - there are ice weapons on solstheim and a few scimitars in Mournhold.
