it seems after i installed tribunal AND THEN PATCHED EVERYTHING correctly [i installed bloodmoon first if it helps] and i get a REALLY strange error WITH ONLY tribunal active [and morrowind of course] i get this error message

Regoin "[a lot of regions put in tribunal here]" weather chances do not total 100 percent

Did you install Tribunal last? Try installing Bloodmoon again.

That warning it gives you with the patch probably means you got the wrong patch. Try the other one (Euro or North American version).

Aha, you made the mistake of installing Bloodmoon first, my friend... I believe that causes problems for a lot of people

I suggest reinstalling Morrowind, then install Tribunal, get Tribunal patch, then install Bloodmoon last and patch that. I've done that and mine works just fine
