Need help makin arrow

What it sounds like in BSShaderTextureSet the file path isn't set correctly for the diffuse and normal map. It's under NiTriShape --> BSLightingShaderProperty --> BSShaderTextureSet. Then just expand textures in the lower box and type in the file path of the texture you want them to use.

I imagine you'll have to do that for the quiver and however many arrows are in the quiver. You will probably also want your textures to already be in Data/textures/YourFolder to make sure they aren't trying to search for the textures elsewhere.

I hav dun tht since I looked on the Internet and I hav input the correct file path in the textures.

I would recommend (as always) to upload your files so someone might check it for errors.

Put all files into a .rar archive (with a tool like WinRAR if you windows version can't handle it) and upload it here (attach this file function when you post down below, max 250kb) - or if the file is bigger use a file hoster like http://www.gamefront.com/files/upload

Just a quick look since i have to leave in a minute...there might be something else wrong as well but the first thing i saw was your texture paths: data\textures\weapons\niloticarrow\niloticarrow.dds

- NO data, just \textures\...

but isnt the texture path meant to be within the 'data' folder within the TES folder

and in addition if the texture folder is just in the TES folder, is the meshes folder there aswelll
