RECOMMENDED MODS
The following mods either nicely complement Forgotten Magic or greatly improve gameplay or immersion. Always read the description of the mod and its readme to avoid any problems!
Please remember to endorse mods you use and like, to show the mod-authors that you appreciate their efforts and encourage them to continue their work. Also remember to give kudos from time to time.
Without further ado, here are the mods:
Interface
Immersive HUD – iHUD
A nice mod that makes the interface more immersive (you can hide it completely with a single hotkey, crosshairs only appear when using ranged weapons or magic, etc.). Requires SKSE (see “Known Problems” section for a tutorial on SKSE).
More Hotkeys Please
This is a fairly new mod (just as Forgotten Magic), which allows you to set several custom hotkeys for one keyboard-button (for example: “C”, “shift + C”, “alt + C”). Definitely recommend for users of Forgotten Magic and magic-users in general. Requires SKSE (see “Known Problems” section for a tutorial on SKSE).
SkyUI
Not much to add here. If you don’t use it already, you should definitely take a look at it. Requires SKSE (see “Known Problems” section for a tutorial on SKSE).

(I think I like it mostly because I already almost the mods ^^' )

@erelde
It's the same for me :-)
I love browsing through other people's mod lists, just in case they have a jewel in their collection that I haven't discovered yet.

I will take a look at it as soon as I can (I don't have access to Skyrim for several days). I have noticed it before, but there were still a few problems with it back then (bugs, etc.).
As soon as I'm back home (in a week or so) I will test out if it's compatible with Forgotten Magic. Have you any experience already, in regards to its compatibility with Forgotten Magic ?
Edit: I wrote the author a PM and asked if he was still working on the mod (because the last update was at the end of september).

yes it is compatible, playing with both mods for a week now and no problems at all, the only problem i can imagine is that some spells from forgotten magic dont trigger some combo's

The author of the mod hasn't answered my message yet (he/she hasn't even read it). If the author doesn't read the message I'm going to assume that the mod is dead :-/
That would be a shame, since it's a very promising concept.
I can't blame the author for giving up though ... out of over 900 unique downloads only 49 people endorsed his mod. Might be another case where people were too lazy to motivate the author to continue *sigh*

The author of "Spell Combos" sent me a message. He has resumed work on his mod :-)
I added it to the list.

lol
I can't say that FM itself is a well known mod. 8K downloads/~600 endorsements ratio most likely means that people don't like mod's concept/implementation/whatever.
PS: What I meant is that it's pointless to add several little-known mods to recommendation list of another little-known mod XD
At least, it's my opinion.
