Darkness spells are mostly used for offensive purposes, so yeah mostly Destruction class. Some spells are defense-penetrating yes.

I was talking about Elemental, not class. Like hitting an enemy with a darkness element spell would have the effect of reducing their armor class and/or magic resistance.

maybe maker magic as well. having Gray's abilities in game would be awesome.

 

 

also "dragon-slayer" magic could be used as an extension to shouts (it would need lots of animation though, might be better to put stuff like this in a unarmed overhaul mod)
