Where xx is your load order for Dawnguard. For most people that would be 02, but not necessarily so if you have other mods with esm files.

Thank you! It was the load order that was scuppering me (for some reason the effects return as 03 ingame, but Dawnguard is actually load order 02).

This one look like Stendarr's Aura or Moth Aura.
For the Moth Aura there is a fix here

Hey guys!

I have recently reinstalled Skyrim with some mods to play, but unfortunately I did run into the glowing blue eyes bug, I don't know when and how, it just appeared. And the problem is, I can't remove it with any of the fixes that are mentioned here or everywhere else... I tried sexchange, tried the addspell/removespell solution, even tried an Actor Details mod to see if there is anything wrong with my char, but nothing... And the blue eyes just won't disappear. Isn't there any other solution that might help? I'm all out of ideas and it is really getting annoying....

I did infact try the code you suggested, so, so far I've tried:

But I had no luck resolving the problem.  Each time I could see the NEW effect except for 8CDD1,  and each time the effect left with removespell except for 8CDD1 (no change.)

One item of note though, the entry under ACTIVE EFFECTS vanished.  I still have the leaves swirling around but the description is gone.

I'm starting to think this may have been from an enchantment attempt.  

I don't expect anyone to fix the problem for me but if someone has the same problem, I'd be interested in hearing about when it occurred for you.

I`ve got a glitch too, but I can`t found the Spell witch I have. I tought maybe somebody can me help )  cause Google couldn`t

 

It`s somekind of Smoke. And If I sneek in First person view - I can`t see anything. That`s really bad for a Assassin Charakter...

Need your help guys. My character just faded partially, only facial hair and eyes are visible after battling some drauger deathlords while having active lightning cloak and spell absorbtion. Whenever I activate any spells that alters the shader effect on my character would reappear then fade back after the effects are gone. (Any sort of cloak spell; I have wet and cold mod installed as well, going out into the snow/swimming, etc...) 

 

Been searching for hours for a solution, I've tried ethereal shout, setting alpha, dispelallspells, changing into werewolf/vampire lord form but with no avail.

I got a strange blue aura around my character.  It's really only noticable when I get close to a wall.  I've tried adding and removing many spell effects already but no good.  Its like an egg shaped aura but you can only see it in third person and when standing close to an object.  When i transform to a werewolf its gone, but when i return to normal its back.  I tried doing the sexchange console command 2 times and it disappears for a short period of time but then comes back.  Help would be appreciated.

Your help was fantastic!!!! Many thanks. You cured a combination of Frost Astronach and Ice Wrath Frosty. I tried first without the bug-wispactorfix and they did not work. Then added the bug fix and tried again with complete success. This should be posted everywhere that will attract the right attention.
