Bugsy* is a giant Rad Roach vendor** and a member of the Red Roach Gang***. He speaks pretty much like the gangster roaches from a certain family guy episode****,*****,******. He and his gang hang out somewhere in the sewers******* and prefer using switchblades as weapons*********. Am I the only one who finds this idea amusing?*********

****** by the way, i forgot which episode it was. but they sounded hispanic, "i cut you up esse" that kind of thing.
******* a very vague Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reference that probably wouldnt work unless you added pizza and a giant talking rat with glasses, a robe and a walking stick.
