level 1, trying to get to dagon fel, take a ship(boat) to vas for fighters guild alm-rohr quest; i'm supposed to get to dagon fel by ship(or boat) from tel mora, having trouble getting to tel mora; thanks

Sadrith Mora has a boat to Tel Mora. They are very near to each other.

You can also get to Dagon Fel via boat from Khuul, which is near Gnisis and not far from Ald'ruhn.

My usual route....Silt Strider -> Balmora -> Ald Rhune -> Gnsiss -> Khuul -> Boat to Dagen Fel

Or

Use the travel in the mages guild to Sadrith Mora and take a boat trip.
