I have quite a dilema. I am doing the bloodmoon main quest and I am up to the sun stone quest. I killed the lightkeeper and ate the eye and the ice wall did not melt. when i tried to leave i was stuck so I had to save. This was the only save point I had, now the lightkeeper is dead i Have no flaming eye and the wall of ice is still up. Does this mean I messed up the chances of finishing the rest of the main quest. HELLP PLEASE I am so confused how to solve this.
I killed the character you are supposed to kill when ur doing the sun stone quest. When i tried to activate the ice I hit A on the flaming eye and it left my inventory. The ice wall did not melt the guy is dead and i saved past any other point. What am i supposed to do I think my chances of finsihing the main quest is over. Is there anything I could do I need help from a real serious morrowind player some1 help.

I once ate it too, luckily I could restore an previous saved game.
If your on computer, I think there's some code that will add the eye to your inventory again. I don't know the code but someone here probrobly does.

Thats soo F***ed up, I cant believe the ppl who made the game would let something like this happen. This is ridiculous there no way to resurrect this guy or substitue something for the flaming eye, I am so pissssed this sucks so many hours gone to waste now because of this gay flaming eye.

Try leaving and coming back after some time some creatures will respawn with time. Also i believe that only a part of the ice melts and you may not ave found the opening. It has been a while since i did the quest so i do not remember too much about it.

The moral of the story is always save often, but not at a part where you're stuck. And it's always a good idea to have a back up save

Why would you have the urge to eat the eye? It doesn't tell you to eat the eye. My friend did the same thing and he had to restart his main campaign so you definitely are screwed!
