I cant seem to find the dude who makes you your house when you become factor of the east empire company. Falco has told me to go see him but i cant find him. Can sumone plz help?! :help:

i have scanned that area down but i see nothin.

He is a Dunmer with a red mohawk.

People have had problems finding this guy before... I don't know what it is that does it.

Either way, if you can't find him anywhere just enter the following in the console:

OK now i have another problem. I asked him to make my house and he went to the location i chose and said that it would takes several days to finish. I have slept for weeks! yet i see no progress.

Try leaving Raven Rock by boating off to Fort Frostmoth, then come back again. I seem to remember new buildings from previous quests only being built if you did that.
