On the Skaal quest Investigate A Crime,I have Spoken to both Risi Ice Mane and Engar Ice Mane and they just say Engar wouldn't do such a thing. Rongor Halfhand doesn't help either. I've spoken to various other people and they just say that Engar wouldn't do it. I've checked for notes in each of their houses but can't find anything. Can anyone offer any help?

Um... if i remember correctly, there should be a note inside risi icemanes house near her pillow. you might wanna check again. =)

In Icemane's house there is a note under the pillow, confront Risi with the letter and then you'll be on track!
