Falco told me to go speak with Graring. When I talked to him,he tells me to begone. What do I have to do so he will talk to me?

When you reach him, he is supposed to be under attack, and you are supposed to kill the person attacking him, after which, he will speak to you. I have heard of an intermittent bug in which sometimes the attacker isn't there when you reach him, though it hasn't happened to me. There is a console command to make the attacker appear, and someone on here who knows how to use the construction set should be able to give it to you.

It plays the battle music and when I try to rest,it says there is too many enemies nearby,but I can't find anyone....

I think his problem is the assasian doesn't apear, at all.

That depends. If you're on PC there is some code that will make her apear.

If you're on Xbox, you'll have to load a previous game.
