New pics look great, waiting with baited breath for the update. I did want you thank you making the mrh files available. Many morph artists don't like anyone messing with their morphs but now I can change an eye color or hair style to better fit my imagine of a particular character and still be able to use your beautiful faces. So thanks for that, it was nice of you and you didn't have to do that.

@Kajana
You're welcome. I know how important it is to be able to customize the characters, and everyone likes to use their own hair and eye mods. Plus, mods are for sharing after all!
Thanks for the encouragement, I hope to have it done soon.

Since you are going to use the new skins, which I can't wait to see. Have you considered using more vibrant hair colors too? I remember seeing a collection of morphs (sorry don't remember where now) that used more vibrant colors, reds and even pinks and purples, really made an impression. Not advocating those exactly (hard to sneak up on a forest creature with bright orange hair) but perhaps some more vibrant colors for hair would go with the new skins and eyes. Perhaps not even in this update but just a thought.

@Kajana
There will be plenty of red and orange-red hair, but I'm not going to be including any pinks or purples. That can be immersion-breaking for a lot of people (myself included.) I tried to include a wide variety of fairly "natural" hair colors: blondes, reds, browns, black, and grey. I will be releasing all of the MRH files though, so you could add pink and purple hair to your heart's content.
@falcopheonix
After giving it some thought, I will be releasing an alternative "vanilla skins" version as well, although it won't be released at the same time. It will take me a little while to go back through and change the skins on every morph. Your comment made me realize a lot of people might not *want* different skins, and I don't want to force them on anyone just so they can use this mod.

Oh no, wasn't advocating pink or purple hair, not at all. Very unnatural, not likely to grow out of someone head unless radioactivity involved. Just more vibrant 'normal' ones to go with the new skins. The vanilla hair colors are a little bland. Good to hear there will be more variety and stronger colors. Can't wait.

Oh, cool! I'm surprised you got back to me on that one. Your point is a very logical choice to make when considering other users. In that case, I look forward to seeing how the different morphs compare! :3

Now that I have thoroughly tested it, I have to say your work is really amazing! Everything that can be done right you hit right out of the park. All the morphs are lore-friendly, stay true to the original design and incorporate the new elven look seamlessly. And extra kudos for adding all the .mrh files! Releasing modder resources is very gallant of you, since you really didn't have to.
I await the new updated morphs with baited breath
Your decision to incorporate the new HD textures is especially exciting. I'll be checking back every day now for news :"D

Fantastic job on the update! The new face morphs are much more interesting and distinctive than the standard Origins faces. No issues so far, either.

Oh, I'm not disappointed! So far all the textures are working splendidly. I love the revised morphs as well as the new ones. You really outdid yourself. I especially appreciate all the small immersion fixes you implemented. Beauty is in the little things))
I do have a question regarding the eyes. They seem to be different from the default game ones. Are those from your Pretty Eyes mod? They look awfully similar.

@MrFlipFlops
Good Eye! (
sorry couldn't resist)
They are additional textures for the toolset that I just uploaded to Pretty Eyes a little while ago, actually. They are separate from the default eye texture replacer.
The default eye texture replacer is just a singular texture that is tinted by the game tints. This means that each tint has the same contrast and balance, which results in a fairly generic look across all eye colors.
The eyes I've included in Ferelden Elves are individual higher resolution eye textures for each eye color (34 shades in all). Every eye color was individually tinted, tweaked, and color balanced over the past few weeks. They look very similar to "Pretty Eyes" because they use the same base texture, but they should be much more realistic and beautiful. (I hope!)
Edit: I forgot to say thank you for the kind comments!
