one thing I noticed, and sorry I dont' have time to read if anyone else has already posted this, but on the initial first-run of 4.0, it asks if you would like NMM to categorize your mods or would you like to do them yourself. Then it gives you a yes or no option, whereas both answers to the above question the way it is worded are actually "yes".

Selecting "No" results in a folder called "unassigned" so you can freely categorize them yourself, but you're right I was a bit confused too.^^
One thing that I'm missing so far are sub-categories!
Or am I just too stupid to find them?^^
For example: Weapons ---> Stand-alone
---> Replacer
Another thing I noticed is that I'm unabled to move categories after creating. That would be a nice addition too.
But away from that...Extremly nice update.
