I bought the base game in 11.11.11 but these DLC are like quality mods to me. Let ps3 users beg for them, pc users have a lot of things to do with our Skyrim.

Ah Bethesda... well played,
releasing the game early after letting people wait for it,
now eager people can buy it and report bugs immediately so you can fix them before the full release + patch for the pre buyers,

i love the way they think, but it seriously makes me wonder how there official testing team for the game is doing

@ Camonna Tong Thats all true and good what you say. What i was more referring to were graphics and how im kinda tired of the always same things after 3(?) games. And they are not changing their attitude one bit even when CD Projeckt RED comes by to clearly show them, that it can be done with love. That in a nutshell. It is not that i dont like em. Just that i feel they can do better in some of those departments.

the thing is (in my own opinion) Bethesda make's fantastic games, the elder scrolls games are nearly the only games i still play,
the only thing they should inprove in my own eyes is doign better work in patching the games,
getting rid of the samevame bloat for example,
it has existed sinds morrowind, according to some sources sinds dagger fall,
meaning its seriously about time they fix that problem
as every time the game gets patched they name 20 flaws i never had, but the main flaws that everybody have never get mentioned or fixed.

as for HD, why would anybody want that?
I still have old games that look like 8 bit games, but they have tons of good parts at the game play,
the main importance to games are the gameplay, the main importance to movies are how realistic they look,
I would have bought Skyrim even if it had the graphics of morrowind, the gameplay is good (tough still lacking a little)
thats all that mathers for a game

@jefthereaper Why would anyone want HD games? Well obviously people DO want HD games, seeing as how every year better and better looking games are released. If people didn't want better looking games, then everyone would still be playing 8bit pacman. You're a minority. Gameplay isn't all that matters in a game. No matter how much you say so.

true graphics and the technology behind it are often overrated. for example im following star bound right now and it looks like it is being made for super nintendo. but it is absolutely loveable. so yeah. i totally can appreciate that aswell. (to the moon? awesome.) but in skyrim i also wanna be immersed visually and after 3 games, the paint of some of the things is just gone and im not gonna pay full price anymore. gotta say, there are clearly other things i enjoy now.

At least there are people who can pre-purchase this DLC, but once again it is not offered to Eastern European players ("This item is currently unavailable in your region") because of their distribution agreement with Cenega. I still fail to understand why people who are willing to deal with the English version are not allowed to buy it through Steam, while the rest of the players who are not so proficient in English are waiting for Cenega to offer a localized version. Dawnguard was released here with a three-month delay, and Hearthfire is still nowhere in sight.
