I agree with the vampire changes. It was the main reason I began to use Better Vampires in the first place. Getting weaker by drinking blood made absolutely no sense.
Like metioned why would the Volkihar vampires feed like they do if the get stronger when they dont drink blood?
It not like they have to enter towns or anything.

Will it be possible to fill bottles with blood? For example, you get a choice if you want to feed or fill a bottle with the blood of your victim.

I crossed that from the list for 1.6 - We really want to get it out. But I do have some major plans to flesh the vampires out more, and more, as the updates come! We just don't want to have you waiting for just another month, or longer. ;) Actually, I had this idea: If you are a vampire, everything that has blood (yes, even animals, as most lore sources state that vampires can feed from animals and humanoids alike) has a high chance of dropping "Blood" when killed - if you collect it, it is used immediately and counts as feeding. If you carry a bottle with you, and a special preseverative I have yet to think of (maybe something made from Salt, Alcohol and a few other things) in order to keep the blood fresh, you'll be able to also make "Bottled Blood" like some vampires currently drop.

Some real life snake/spider poisons have a component that prevents blood from solidifying.. So perhaps some spider spittle? Salt and alcohol, with blood: a Bloody Mary :D

Im wondering what are the benefits of clothing for mages now that you have changed
The Perk "Fleet Feet" has been renamed to "Agile Spellcasting", which almost negates any penalties for casting spells in Light Armor. It is no longer a Prequisite for the Perk "Vexing Flanker".
Just aleration tree magic armor bonuses ? or does clothing get a enchantment bonus compared to amror ?

1) Clothing does not make you require invest perks into Light Armor.
2) Clothing generally comes with better enchantments. If you want Light Armor that comes even close, you'll have to do a lot of enchanting.
3) Light Armor weighs more and occupies more of your very limited carry weight when being a mage

But I might arrange the Agile Spellcasting perk a bit differently, so that it requires more investments in the Light Armor tree.

About point 2 Could Clothing have a 10% bonus to self enchantment strength ? I know that the games robes have better enchantments but most of the clothing mods on nexus are not replacers but standalone, I hope to be able to enchant my one clothing. Thanks for being so active on these forums Xarrien,

I'm not sure if that's possible... I'd rather release this update, see how it goes. Maybe such a change isn't necessary :D
