What do you do with the DRINKS in the fort

your refering to the drinks from the desk of...jeeze wahts his name...well the only guy in fort Frostmoth wtih booze in his desk. your refering to him right? if so then just talk to a guard wiht the booze in your inventory and itl activate the quest
