When i go to the old Mournhold sewers to the Dark Brotherhood hideout i find this very agent called Dandras Vules who has a magical daedric longbow, i fight him until e is almost dying , but when he speaks to me he repeats the same phrase over and over to eternity :bye:
I can´t say goodbye or speak about any other topic........

You have to kill him and take the letter on his body. You don't need to talk to him. He is a rather buggy NPC. If you have any other problems just save and load again and that should fix it.

the problem is that i cant kill him he automatically speaks to me, then the horror begins........ :bye:

Try opening the console and running "TM" through. Right-click to exit what will seem to be a "paused" state right after entering the command. Bring up the console again and pass "EnableMagicMenu" when you're ready to have menus (including dialog) again.

Ideally, you should TM while in the dialog loop.
