Brows v2.0 released

I've been working for quite some time on the latest release of Brows. I've had quite some misfortune with me, though. Some days ago while preparing my Skyrim installation folder for a fresh reinstallation of Skyrim (I do that time to time, kinda like reformatting your PC occasionally for better performance and stability) I received an update for NMM which I accepted, meanwhile I was currently uninstalling CreationKit through Steam. Well, something went completely wrong which resulted in my whole Skyrim installation folder to get deleted... And I mean everything, all folders and files. Even NMM's mods folder which had my complete Skyrim mod collection. All my optimized vanilla and DLC .bsa files and textures. All my customizations of various things, such as ENB settings and other .ini files. Also very frustrating were the loss of all my WIP mods and my WIP update on Brows.
Actually, the only things I still had from Skyrim were my original save game files and the generated .ini files which I also spend quite some time customizing, so happy I didn't lose those.
Anyway, I kept cool considering how frustrating this was. I of course had to redo all my work on Brows since last update, which of course were really annoying, as there were a lot of boring work put into it in the CK (duplicate, duplicate, duplicate...). I finally manged today to get back all I had lost though, after about 15-20 CK crashes...
So here it is, the latest Brows update which now features light and dark variations of all brows, a bunch of new brow styles (mostly requested) and complete repainted male brows. So, if you didn't pick up Brows before there's no excuse not to do so now.
Enjoy!

I currently have no reason to walk away from NMM - it provides all I need and am fairly happy with how it works. I am still not sure what caused my mishap, but at least I've learned to keep back-ups of something so silly, should it ever happen again.

However, I was only trying Mod Organizer because I had a problem with NMM on the previous version that wouldn't let me use it anymore, even if I reinstalled it. Well when it received an update, it fixed it - so I went back to it, and no more frustration. Sometimes I still use Wrye Bash to tell me things that NMM isn't able to yet, and I use BOSS for more than just load order - but also to tell me what mods to clean with TES5Edit that aren't cleaned yet by the authors. I also cleaned the Update.esm and the DLC's esms following the guide on the internet and the game runs smoother as butter now - which it didn't use to.
I like Brows. I know before, I didn't like what I was seeing in some of the screenshots before I tried it in game - but I did actually try it in game and I love it. All of your mods are great, and I do use them all - literally every single one.

My game is perfectly smooth and all is fine, only problem is the occasional memory crash - but we should all experience that at one point.

Yeah, I do the same more or less. I clean dirty mods with TES5Edit, clean all my .bsa archives and fix them, optimize all textures (DDSopt) and repack them in better compression (BSAopt). I use Wrye Bash for various reasons, but mostly for the bashed patch and other dynamic patches/mods such as automatic variants and ASIS. This has been a common practice for me since each tool became available. Some of the first things I did was getting Wrye Bash asap when it became available for Skyrim considering how much I've used it previously.

Speaking of that, I actually just now had that happen lol
