While I am currently playing Skyrim, I do plan to play Oblivion sooner or later. However, there is one mod for Skyrim which I would dearly love to see for Oblivion - the Unread Books Glow mod. I like to read all the books scattered across the Elder Scrolls games, but I also like knowing at a glance whether I've read a particular book or not.

I couldn't find a mod that does the same for Oblivion, but that doesn't mean that no such mod exists. So, does anyone know of a similar mod?

And if not, how feasible would it be to make one? I'm half-tempted to create one myself, even though I don't know anything about modding for the Elder Scrolls games yet - but if it's not possible, I don't want to waste my time either. Thus, could any of the experienced modders here give me their advice?
