In response to post #8170818.

That indicates that you either need a Large Address Aware patch, or you're running out of RAM or VRAM. It's a limitation of 32-bit games and weaker systems. The author and I both have 8GB of fast RAM (1333mhz and 1600mhz). I have 2GB of GDDR5 VRAM, and he has 1GB of GDDR5 VRAM. I *think* (but I'm not sure) that the author uses some kind of LAA patch. I suspect that High Town interiors are most affected because they are the heaviest and most advanced section of the mod so far, and so they require the most VRAM and RAM.

I get a runtime error whenever I try to go anywhere. Is there a solution?

You could try downloading the LAA patch, if you don't have it already.

What exactly is this "LAA patch"? Link; pretty please? I'm using the performance version with 1GB of VRAM, and I'm seeing messed up textures. I haven't had any issues like this before with Dragon Age II (or any other game to that matter). I mean no disrespect - I think that the mod's idea is great: the game was in need of textures that are even more higher in resolution than the official high resolution pack's! :)

Oh man how have I lived without this? This makes the world have SO much more depth and life, and I don't even take a performance hit on my sub-average machine! Thank you so much!

But would it be possible to touch up the armor textures for most NPCs? The templar/chanter and Dalish armors are the most low-res it appears to me, quite jarring if this is supposed to be a more advanced graphical engine.

Thanks for the amazing mod!

If you get a chance, it'd be great to have Part 1 on NMM!

In response to post #8118653.

What about the Primeval Thaig...or does that fall into the Deep Roads category as well?
