scroll lock for 1.24 but doesn't affect fps for 3.4

Hey, screenshots look great but when I run the game after installing the mod, it looks kinda weird and yellowish.

My game is almost unplayable... Everything has a weird yellow tint, menus are almost impossible to navigate and its like my gamma is waaaay up...
And I have yet to find some kind of uninstaller:/
