Perhaps this is from the Requiem Hard Times mod? I do not recall black gem powder in requiem itself.

does anyone know how to get rid of that blurry affect when you get low stamina because I have semi bad eyes?

Are you sure this blur comes from low stamina? That is not a Requiem feature. Requiem blurs your image when poisoned, drunk, almost dead or using night vision. Other causes are from other mods.

Hello,
Does anybody know how to face storm atronach head-on with a lvl 25 character that invest in two handed sword, alteration, light armor, restoration and a bit of archery , a bit of alchemy, and a bit of block. Do destruction magic really essential, or it is still viable using enchanted arrows?
Thank you before xD

Probably most damage comes from the atronach's lightning bolts and storm cloak, so good magic/shock resistance helps a lot. There are Alteration perks, enchantments and potions to help you with that.
The Vigilants of Stendar often carry a sword enchanted with something that does irresistible damage to atronachs. Very useful to combat a creature that is highly resistant to magic and physical damage
. So if you find such a sword, it pays off to dis-enchant it and use it for your own two-handed one.
And remember: there are storm atronachs and there's Thunder (the latter being 'slightly' more powerful)

Thank you for the reply,
Well, I guess I have to skip atronach stone for a little-while, and level up my alteration a bit to get the resistance for mage armor... okay maybe I will smeday get lucky finding dead vigilant on random street attacked by a random monster...
I have another question though, does Dragonskin's spell absorbtion stack with the one from Atronach stone? Im actually trying to build my current character based on Seraphim build that I randomly found.
Thx before xD

If you mean the Breton's racial ability: it already has 100% absorption, so whether it stacks or nor is irrelevant.
The alteration perk Magical Absorption does stack with the Stone of the Atronach. So without further tricks you can reach 80% spell absorption. The DLC Dragonborn has a spell absorption enchantment on a high level end-boss' gear, so in theory you could get 100% absorption, which guarantees a very boring gameplay
.
For the ultimate experience you should also go for an armor rating above 1000. Then all you have to do is walk around, perhaps casting a spell or swing a sword if you're feeling bored.

About Thunder: Try getting your hand on a daedric weapon.. It cuts through him like through butter. You will need only 5-6 power attacks on him to kill him. Just make sure to bring a good amound of shock resistance and never fail to block his attacks, he hits as hard as dragons, if not harder

@heckur: Well thx for the advices, I am just trying to make atronach-like character so I just want to check things out while waiting for 1.8 and start a new game hahahaha, still can't kill it tho, maybe I will just level myself until 30 xD, still do no damage to him, since I haven't found that vigilant sword >.<
@madmortem: haven't mean anything name thunder yet, or I am not paying attention xD, haven't stumbled upon daedric weapon yet hahaha, but thanks for the info ^^
