I've recently got back into scripting again but this time I'm going all out. I made the perfect companion problem is is that she cant speak?! I gave her voices I found from the internet I even made sure the were mp3 mono sounds but she still says nothing. I know it has nothing to do with the disposition it something a lot more technical.

There is no voice acting for NPCs in morrowind like in Oblivion or Skyrim. You have to manually play sounds via scripts to "say" some dialogue.
