There are only two places (AFAIK) that the book can be found without crafting: in Dragonsreach and in the College of Winterhold, near the spindlewheel thingy. And next time, read the description. I knew these stuff before I even finished downloading the mod. You guys sound like that guy complaining how stupid SkyRe was because some perks needed like 130 skills when he only caps to a 100 (duh, Uncapper. Read instructions).
