Pearl diving is great fun, but I don't do it for the cash. I do it for the thrill. See, I have a tendency to hoard things that I don't need: diamonds, pearls, emeralds, rubies, fire salts, frost salts ... if it's small and worth a lot, i keep it.
And it's fun.

No sorry I was just fooling, the Dreugh are a sentient race I think, but they either can't or won't communicate with anyone else but themselves.

I just kill them when they pinch my behind.

you know waterbreathing for 60 secs is a very useful spell. pearl diving = fun, and a great way to waste your time.

i have been playing the Fishing Academy mod... it is great fun... download it for a nice relaxing vacation from saving morrowind

How did you get to level 83 Nevex? I thought the max level was like 77 or something.

Ok. Swimming is fun. i have a spell: Swift Swim, Light, and Water Breathing....all last 2 minutes....in one spell....of course thats for those times i feel like cheating and starting a Slaughterfish Genocide in the middle of the night. Hehehehe Anyway, i dont do the pearl diving. i personally like killing creatures and taking their goodies to the pawn shop and selling it all...then enchanting stuff and selling that. But swimming is always fun.

I just decided recently to examine any kollops that I see. From the start (traveling around Sadrith Mora) I found about 5 pearls in 5 minutes. Not bad!

Well to answer radium's question, I got put in hard labor a few times and that really does hurt your skills, and your main, minor, and misc. at that. Happened on more than once...blasted Fargoth and guards *grumble grumble*.
