It's sad to see people take for granted much of the work you guys do.
Never in a thousand lives would it occur to me to complain about something free and with so many hours behind.

Keep up the good work, I like what oy are doing, and whatever the problems NMM has it gets updated frequently anyways, so kids these days should just shut up.

Will there ever be a Auto update feature?

"..having read some of the overly-entitled opinions left in the comments, I’d like to once again reiterate a few important points when it comes to NMM. NMM is still very, very, very much in beta. We have never alluded to it being anything other than in beta, despite the fact it’s been in beta for going on 18 months now and has 1.7 million people using it.." i personally can't imagine running skyrim without NMM and i am very very thankful to everyone that has anything to do with building and maintaining it, but please guys don't expect from us (users) to simply say "it's ok that it messed up everything for me - it's in beta" when, as you say, 1.7 million people are using it. no matter how you named your versions - beta or omega they are released versions. "adding more things" to NMM means going from v.1 to v.2 if you think about it. when we all see know how hard it is to make it stable, why not being more truthful to ourselves and come up with a finished version 1.0, still of course open for patches until it is 99.99% working version. then you can safely start a new v.2.0 beta and add stuff and experiment.. this way when someone wants a working version, even less fancy - they will not touch a beta one and you wouldn't be getting any nasty comments, instead of researching wich of the many 41 42 4xx.xx was ok. again - you are givving us a very important and free product, which we appreciate so much - we know that. don't feel (urongfully) blamed when you read our nasty comments. it is not the word "beta" that gets you off the hook - it's the NMM itself - good or bad.

In response to post #7551833.

Uninstall means that the added files are all removed as well. This feature essentially brings your game back to vanilla.

We users have to be grateful that there are people like you providing us with such a tool - for free. The only thing we are "requested" to do in return is giving feedback on the current version to enable you to fix bugs or implement improvements for us and - for free. In return, I can easily accept ads as far as they provide you with a kind of reembursement for your work. Giving a feedback as a user is quite a bit easier and usually takes less time than making a tool like NMM ... What more could we expect? I unfortunately lost my previous versions and updated to 44.1 directly without downloading before. So I currently do not have the option to load a previous and stable one in case that a current version does not run properly on my machine - I will change my habits in the future. Apart from that, I have run and updated NMM for quite a while. If any problems had occurred, I would have reported of course ... Thank you very much Dark0ne and your team for this tool.

I submitted a bug report and logfile and hope it helped the team track down the problem, then I moved on with using NMM without category vlew, knowing it would get fixed. Although I learned to install and remove mods in the early TES games, I appreciate the ease afforded by NMM, an amazing and FREE tool. I am not pleased by the rantings of immature users who demand instant responses and fixes for an amazing asset that enhances our gaming experience. Some folks should be banished to console land.
