The only thing I could do was force my self out through console commands. first type in: enableplayercontrols then setstage DLC2MQ01 20 The boat will still be invisible but your character is free to roam the land and continue the quest. I'm now stuck with the bloodskal blade quest in which the blade doesn't even work, no magic beams, nothing. Most broken DLC ever, anyway that's the only way I got out of that situation. The weird thing is, is that people say this happens with pirated versions (or at least that's what people *think*) but I bought everything through steam, didn't pirate anything so It's still basically an unresolved bug no one seems to acknowledge.
