What on earth do you mean? If you mean how do you get to Mournhold, that's been explained in numerous other threads, just use the Search feature.

If you mean how do you buy it, it may not be very openly available in the shops but you can get it online via places like Amazon...

Please explain a little better what you mean or I'll have to lock this

Ok, if you mean how do you get there: Go to Ascene Rane in Ebonhart when you are level 6 (?) and she will teleport you there. However, I think you have to talk to the duke first, upstairs. BTW, this is in the Grand Councel Chambers. Anyways, thats how you get there, and Effi Tae (?) can teleport you back.

If you want to buy it, do as Switch said, or just go and spen $30 to get the GOTY edition, with Tribunal and Bloodmoon. If you have the X-BOX version of Morrowind, then Tribunal and Bloodmoon should already be on there.

You do not have to talk to the duke. You forst must talk to a guard in any city after a Dark Brotherhood, who will give you the name of the guy outside the Grand Council Chambers in the Adamantium armor. Then you talk to him (adamantium guy), and he will tell you to talk to the woman inside.

Oh ok... When I looked in the book it had said to talk to the Duke, but when I first went to Mournhold, I only talked to Ascene Rane, not anyone else. But that time I was like level 18, so the topic must have randomly come up somewhere.
