Hello. Although I've been on the Nexus since October, I haven't done anything besides try out some mods and haven't really spoken to anyone on here. I love The Elder Scrolls, and am also an aspiring voice actor (or at least one who does it for fun). So here are my qualities:

 

Age: 23

 

Gender: Male

 

Ethnicity: White

 

Skills: I'm good with different varieties of accents of the U.K., but am American (can obviously do American accents well). Have a somewhat deep voice and I can really do deep voices well. Can do higher voices too and nasal ones as well.

 

Experience: None really, but I love voice over

 

Equipment: Blue Snowball Microphone w/ Pop Filter. I use Audacity and record in a homemade recording area.

Nobody Expects The Inquisition

Hello my fine furry friends.

 

For a forthcoming major update for Carry On Skyrim: M.H.A.R.P.H.I.N.

 

I'm looking for four relatively small comical parts to be filled by your good selves.

 

All four characters are enemy guards known as "The Inquisition". All dialogue revolves around small scenes set in ancient Dwemer ruin. Additionally to the scenes below, I will also need you to create the usual combat grunts and dialogue (hits, attack, detection, bleed out). Also they call all enemies "Infidel".

Burt & Ernie

 

Burt:This place gives me the creeps.

 

Ernie: yeah I know what you mean.. its like a bleeding mausoleum or something. The sooner we get out of here the better.

 

Burt: ha. We ain't going nowhere unfortunately. Well, not unless administrator Sven can really find a way.

 

Ernie: he's a bit mad isn't he?

 

Burt. Yep..as nutty as a fruit cake.

 

 

 

 

Reg & Dave

 

Reg: How old do you think this place is?

 

Dave: Dunno.. pretty old I would say.. Definately a few thousand years.

 

Reg: Hmm, that would explain the rust.

 

(Contemplating pause )

 

And how old do you think he is?

 

Dave: Who?

 

Reg: The relic.

 

Dave: Well I'm no expert, but you know what.. sometimes when I look at him.. it looks almost as if this place was, well, built around him.

 

Reg: So how old would that make him?

 

Dave: Very old.. very old indeed.

 

Dave: Come on. We should get out of here before the Falmer get wind of us.

 

Reg: Yeah, you're right. We don't want to get ourselves eaten.

 

Dave: I'm more concerned about the "stuffing" to be honest.

Right now it's just my phone mic (being a high school student that doesn't have a job I don't have the cash for a good mic yet) which i email to myself to edit on the comp. I forgot to edit the audio with audacity to cancel some of the noise though for the voices. Also was it the dro'zhirr or follower voices you listened to? Phone mic wouldn't be up to standard for something like this. I get that you're a high school student - believe me, I really do. If you're really interested in doing this though, here are 2 cheap mics with pretty great quality. A Khajiit voiice is a commodity:

Alrighty thanks I'll keep that in mind if I decide to actually make it something really serious. As is its more of a curiosity. Only reason I tried to do the voices was cuz I am making my own follower. Well was anyway. Plus headsets made the quality worse than my phones default mic :P so I knew that last bit
