This looks promising! Downloading now and testing.

Just wanted to say thanks! The idea is brilliant and the use of MCM is intuitive.

Looks very interesting, do think I'll have to clean out some old mods to install this, otherwise I'll probably lagg out completely x]

This looks perfect! Been using AFT for follower outfit tweaks, but AFT has this thing about followers not equipping regular clothes. Also the "At Home" outfits don't really work in custom player homes...
ANYWAY, I'm sure you don't want to hear about issues with a different mod, so that's the end of that. Question, though. Is this mod compatible with AFT? Or just UFO?

I've not used AFT but I've just downloaded it and I'll let you know when I've had a chance to play!

Wet and Cold will conflict with this mod mate? Cuz Wet and Cold also makes ppl cover in harsh cold weather and raining weather.

A great addition, specially as it' sandboxed not attached to a particular follower mod! Will install it tonight. For now just reporting for some reason this topic is not listed as discussion on the nexus entry.

It seems to work as expected from my tests (I love that mod!). Here's what I've seen:
Scenario 1:
You set an outfit (without hood, cloak, backpack etc)
Wet and cold will equip one or more of (hood, cloak, backpack)
Your follower checks he/she's got all his right gear on
- wet and cold hasn't unequipped anything
- your follower is happy, no change.
Scenario 2:
You set an outfit with eg. a backpack
Wet and cold equips one or more of (hood, cloak) but not backpack as already equipped
Your follower checks he/she's got all his right gear on
- wet and cold hasn't unequipped anything
- your follower is happy, no change.
Untested Scenario 3:
You set an outfit which includes a hood from a third mod W&C doesn't recognise
Wet and cold equips one or more of (hood, cloak, backpack) <-- at this point, not sure if W&C "plays nice"
Your follower checks he/she's got all his right gear on
- if W&C has changed the hood for one of its own, this mod will change it back
- or, if (as I suspect) W&C is smart enough to ignore already-equipped items, no worries there.
I'll look at confirming scenario 3 at some point unless someone else gets there first and is kind enough to report back.

Hello qeezer,
I Would like to give you my endorsement just by reading the description and note that how much you have accomplished. I will most definitely give you some feedback related to features and performance (I am running multiple heavy AI mods so my build is probably a good test subject) later today and when time allows. I also have AFT v1.6 installed so I will see if they conflicts (after disabling AFT outfit management of course). For now two questions / suggestions:
- May I assume your (for example) home / blue palace "category" is based on location keyword? If so, do you plan to implement a player defined cell based category? E.g., I have a home with a cell that is the dining hall. I "mark" this cell as "dining place" and all followers will wear the "dining" category outfits. Just a suggestion of course.
- Since you mentioned Vilja, since she is coded not to use the default follower system...can your mod apply to her (another example will be followers from the "dovahkriid grenzganger" mod)? Also, (while I don't have a spouse) what about spouse NPC that is not a follower?
Long story short...I am excited and thankful for your effort. In particular, Cerwiden has many conflicts with AFT and your mod just gave me a reason to disable one from my load order.
Thank you.
P.S. Oh, I will suggest listing the eight categories on your "description" page, if not to generate some feedbacks.
