For me the problem was on renamed enchanted items. Downgrading to SKSE 1.7.0 didn't fix it. So I re-enchanted new items without renaming them and SKSE could get the hash this time.

Which is weird cause SKSE 1.7.0 was able to get the hash just last week of SOME renamed items. No idea what differs between these and what changed.

FIXED:

 

ok i did eventually get this mod to work.  i uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times before i got it to work.  make sure to properly uninstall.  i did this by uninstalling loadout, then logging and logging out of game (completely exiting the game).  then, only after logging in and out again after the uninstall, I activated the uninstall program, logged in and out of skyrim, then deactivated loadout uninstall.  then, I logged in and out again before activating the loadout again.  then when i logged in again, it was working and hasn't stoped working since.  it's worked perfectly for many hours and many log in and log outs. 

 

this is one of the BEST Skyrim mods. thanks so much!!!!!

Tested it some more, and I was wrong on the SKSE version being the issue.

A fix for me is to deactivate loadout, create a character (or load an older save), save this game, use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? to clean that save, quit, re-enable loadout and load the new save.

This mod has been working fine until just now ...

basically, on slot 1 and only slot 1 the mod will not save any weapon in the left hand, I equip a 2h and it saves slot 1 with no weapon equipped, I equipe 2 x 1h weapons and it saves with just the right hand weapon equipped.

anyone got any idea's as to why?

I have the same problem and I use the same mod. I installed Loadout mid-play on another save. When I start a new character, it won't equip loadouts.

Thank you! Uninstalling, loading, saving, quitting, reinstalling fixed it! That's kinda convaluted IMO, but that's ok if it works. I don't like any of the other mods that do this, as this is seamless. No menus, no books, nothing. Just press a button and go. It's great in a pinch.

Really? I can have only 2 loadouts on controller?

The mod worked fantastically for a long time, but now it is really slow. I will hit a key and It will change one piece of my equipement every 5-10 seconds. That is far too long in a fight. Any suggestions what it may be?

quickly scanning comments.... going to assume this mod is dead :( read about this and tried it out... but wont work, says I need to have SSKE ...which I do, and other mods work fine that require it. So it's working fine
