Okay, so that didn't work either. I thought for sure downgrading to one of nVidia's legacy drivers would help as I do recall updating my drivers shortly before this all happened. However, the game still looks foggy and bright with any version of ENB. This is getting stupid. Does anyone know a way I can just contact Boris Vorontsov personally? He is my last resort...

Also, to anyone wondering what ENB preset I'm using, it's this: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20781
This used to make my game look great. This preset, however, doesn't affect the game's graphics whatsoever now.

Probably obvious and already tested, but, if the game is bright no matter what, have you tried turning down your brightness setting? As for fogginess, that's just a climate effect in Skyrim, have you waited between several days to make sure it wasn't just that?

I did turn the brightness setting all the way down, but it didn't help anything. The whole game looks darker, but the lighting is still the same (very gray and bland).

Did you ever find a solution to this? My issues are unrelated, as I use no ENB, but I'm having a similar issue with no mods I enable, disable, install or uninstall having any influence upon ingame exterior lighting conditions, as though something, somewhere, is disabled. Infuriating.
