in the office of the watch in vivec, a man gave me a quest to find who the killer of the ordinaters is, i have been looking for a woman with a skirt, boiled netch leather armor, and a dagger, but i cant find anyone of this description, this woman i was told aabout, tried to attack another person, at the same time of the ordinator killings. could someone please help me out here, if you could just tell me where the killer is or what i have to do that would be great.

Talk to some of the NPCs in the Foreign quarter about it and they will give you a clue where to look. Save before venturing into the underworks as there is more than one danger there.
