I would very much like a mod that unlocks Iron Will training from the officer school as early as possible.

It annoys me that I feel like I need to train up a new squad after I finally unlock it.

 

This would be greatly appreciated.

That's one you can do by editing DefaultGameCore.ini and patching the changes into the game. I haven't used it, but

is probably the easiest way to accomplish it. 

 

Look for the line that starts with the following:

 

OTSBalance=(eTech=eOTS_Will_I ...

 

You'll see a parameter: eRank=eRank_Major

 

Change it to

eRank=eRank_Sergeant

 

and do whatever ResourceHacker says to patch it into the game, and it should be available as soon as you build the OTS.
