I really love the concept of this follower mod, looking forward to the first release!

 

She will level up as you do. The crunchy bits of her skill values may or may not be available in-game; I question their value in the grand scheme of things. She will be very, very good at the things that you would expect her to be good at, and mediocre to poor at the things you wouldn't, and you should be able to just trust her to get the job done.

 

An humble suggestion: do not set her cap at 80 with the leveling ratio 1!! I find that followers that level with you in that way turn somewhat OP when you hit lvl 30 or so...they preatty much destroy everything while you were just drawing your sword.

Sounds kind of like Willow from FNV. Probably the best follower mod ever made, but if anyone can top it, it's you sir.

Well actually Willow was inspired by the first Vilja for Oblivion (as it was there long before Willow was made), now I can sound a little biased, since I'm a collaborator of the new Vilja for Skyrim, but I'm looking for Arissa to come to see if somebody can match the complexity and the deep personality of the Syrim's Vilja, which is, by far, the best follower I ever played in a videogame.
Still I think Arissa can become a good follower if not an excellent one, so kudos for the project and good luck

I'm a long time fan of your work here and really look forward to this projects release. I like your thought process about this character's development, you have set the bar high, but I like everyone else here applaud your effort and wish you every success.

Just ran through the preview version. this is going to be great. Love the "excuse me let me get out your way" feature and the interaction with the guards in the beginning. The voice acting for Arissa is excellent. The only problem I had is she is not tolerant of friendly fire. My arrow accidently found her while fighting a couple of trolls and she turned around and attacked me. I tried putting away my bow but she killed me anyways. Also she doesn't ride the carriage from touring carriages. By the way my game is up to date , fairly heavily modded and using EFF. Can't wait for the release, there are only a couple of really good followers now. This should be one of the best.
