Well, thing is, they dont want two products of same company (Zenimax) to engage in market competition. They have more than enough resorces to continue working on F4 and support/develop for Skyrim, but they just want to save money and hype folks for TESO, hoping that before Titan hits the market, TESO will be what WoW was/is.

I just wonder what would have happened if all that money they invested into TESO was put into Skyrim. Perhaps we would finally see Skyrim+Morrowind+Cyrodiil+Valenwood+Hammerfell and part of Summerset Isles. An epic, in literal sense, storyline and hero who is a dragonborn and restores an empire. Not to mention all the stuff inbetween. Grand guild quests, plenty of guilds, coronation as emperor... yada yada yada.

It is a massive shame that they have said they will no longer be making any new DLC's. Massive downer! I am more of a Fallout player than Elder Scrolls I am looking forward to Fallout 4 more than anything else.

But atleast we still have the strong talented modding community! Look at Morrowind and Oblivion! They are still going strong!

I would buy Skyrim and it's small bundle of content again if there was a "something" or incentive to buy the game again even for those who already own Skyrim and it's official "add-ons". Something "Legendary" within the game worthwhile. I just hope there next project is a Fallout 4 or TES 6. Right now it's rumor and I hate hearsay.

Sadly, there next project is "The Evil Within", a survivor horror game. However, we may get a really open-immersive world, which for a horror game, is rare.

No, Bethesda Softworks is producing "The Evil Within." It's being made by the RE4 creator. Bethesda Game Studios hasn't released anything official about their next project, but we are all hopeful it is Fallout 4
