OK, so I've been playing on this on save for a couple days now and today, when I tried to load it, the game crashed and a popup said "Morrowind.exe has stopped working" about a second after loading. I tried it with other saves and it didn't crash. I am convinced that this is a problem with the particular save and I am unsure of how to fix it.

Just fixed it, it was a problem with the mod "Shut Up". If you save while looking at someone but before they initiate conversation, it'll bug out once you load it. I just disabled the mod, looked away, saved, re-loaded the mod, and re-loaded the game and it worked.
