I doubt it'll be fallout 4, I'm betting on a project named Prey 2, that they started on in 2011. There have been some rumors that this game has been cancelled but Bethesda stated that they have not abandoned this project.
The original Prey game was from another game developer and recently they have extended their license for this game

I think he's asking if it will be sold for a discount. *shrugs*

It still will require Steam.

from comments in linked announcement:

gstaff said on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at 2:48 pm: The add-on content is on the disc for all three platforms. Two things to note:

1) On PC, the content still requires Steam activation.

2) On PS3, the DLC content installs from the Blu Ray disc. If you have any existing DLC content from the game that you downloaded from PSN, it will not be compatible with the Legendary disc. Youd still need to install everything from the disc. Likewise, the game content requires that you then use the Legendary Edition disc rather than using the original Skyrim disc.

But there's an example of an interesting business model, I paid for the game on release and for each DLC, I would pay again in a heartbeat to go Steam free. I'm not the only one who despises Steam but tolerated it to have Skyrim.

It occurs to me, with the upcoming release of TESO, what does this mean for the next singleplayer TES game? ThyHarrowing is right: having two games competing in the same gaming nitch reduces the funds each game will bring in. Does this mean that we won't see TESVI until after either A) TESO has firmed its foundation and reach its budget goals, or B) until it's over? Even the thought of them putting off working on it sounds undesirable to me...

Also, they DID drop Skyrim pretty fast, in terms of the additional content they released! Only two "official" DLCs were released (Hearthfire wasn't planned, and didn't count towards Microsoft's ridiculously ludacris exclusivity contract), which is much lower than almost all their previous games.

I think he meant the spears from Bethesda with complete animations. Not the sticks with two-handed animations.

Good thing: it most likely means that modders are free to mod the game without any problems with future patches, etc. Unofficial patch or something else will sooner or later fix any serious bugs left.

Bad thing: modders won't necessarily manage to fix everything(but I'm not pessimistic)

Unforeseen Consequences: Shorter development may mean absolutely nothing for Fallout 4 and was indeed only to get rid of Skyrim as Zenimax is going to be playing with that WoW clone of theirs.

Awesome Consequences: Regardless of the why for closing Skyrim, Beth still may have more resources to develop Fallout 4 and that's simply awesome and means additional improvements in any of the possible areas of the game like more quests, better graphics(maybe they finally add proper Direct X 10 or 11 functionality), bigger world, etc.

I really wish it will all end up on the good side of things. :3

Pretty sure he meant spears with actual spear animations and possibly a perk tree to compliment it. Not just a spear that uses 2h sword or 2h axe animations. What they showed off in the GameJam trailer looked really cool and it's a damn shame that they did not release it.

It would be cool to buy this, but I already bought each individual component.
