Whenever I ride over an object on my horse that isn't even ground (this could be a rock, a small hill, a fall tree branch, etc.) my camera will suddenly zoom in on my horse's feet (to the point I can't see anything but the ground) for half a second. I say half a second, but if I'm going over something that's a large obstruction, the zooming in and out will be continuous until I get off that obstruction. Is there a fix for this?

I just did come back to playing skyrim again and I know I didn't have this problem in my first playthroughs; BUT I have downloaded, and removed, a lot of mods. I'm wondering if I accidentally removed an original file that causes it to do this? Anyone have any ideas or can point me in the right direction? Thanks
