So, for reasons of consideration this is going in one big-ass spoiler, so if you haven't played the companions quest or don't know about it then don't read it!

So I got to Kodlak's funeral and nothing will progress because Aela has been stuck as a werewolf for some time. She doesn't cause any reaction from anyone and goes about her business as normal, but it seems she cannot light the pyre and progress the quest. I'd like to know if I can somehow change her back using console instead of simply setting that part complete and missing the dialogue as this is my first time through the quest line.
