LOL This sounds so fantastic! I have been reading and reading this thread. I think my eyes are tired so I stopped so if I ask a question that you have already answered, I'm sorry. I don't want to read the spoiler section.

Q. Is this house follower friendly? I use My Home is Your Home. I just need to know if my followers can come with me to the house. And I am assuming that the extra bedroom is for the maid? So then my follower can't use it? Just an assumption.

In response to post #11755232.

The maid and guard have their own abode, as is proper, of course. And it is follower friendly. The extra bed in the house is where I discovered that Inigo talked in his sleep in an older version of the mod (Inigo, that is).

@MannyGT, thanks for this great house mod! It sure is more interesting than most of the others, and I get a strange pleasure from sweeping the floors. Also, your followers will "help" you as part of sandboxing, though their brooms don't seem to have quite the same effect...

Love this house but I keep freezing with Frostfall enabled. Anyone know if it's this worldspace I need to tinker with or can I tell somehow tell Frostfall the grass is green here?

This place is awesome. I thought it might be awkward when I saw it marked on the map right next to the Thalmor Embassy (considering I'd just ruined a party there and killed a whole lot of people...) but the fact that its hidden underground just turns that right around from awkward to amazing.

If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be cozy. Not spectacular or grandiose but someplace I'd really enjoy actually spending time in. So easy to imagine relaxing there fishing and reading and doing the occasional metalworking and gardening.

Seems like a neat player home but the interior of the house doesn't match the exterior (placement of windows etc)... that's a bit immersion breaking for me :/

I have Frostfall and it seemed fine to me. I got warmer just entering the area.

I just downloaded your mod and, so far, I'm really enjoying it.

I do have one small problem that I need help with. I'm not able to hire the maid. The house and grotto are fully upgraded. I've bought everything. Both guards have been hired and are patrolling. But, Greir (sp?) tells me to "Go away. I'm not in the mood to talk." No further dialog options available. I've scanned the forums and haven't found any reference to it.

Any ideas?
