All right, thanks man :)

I will try it out at some point during the week and let you know the findings. I know that some house mods are backwards incompatible, as I've tried them out (even though they explicitly stated what it required) and gotten CTDs and serious stuttering problems. But yeah, I will get back to you when I've tried it out!

I was going to ask if the lanterns are compatible with "Lanterns of Skyrim"...then I saw who made the mod.

Also I was going to complain about it being kind of too dark...then you made the patch.

So I am basically left with only the complements: The location looks stunning with no performance hit; Love the compact layout and the cozy atmosphere; the RP elements add greatly to the immersion; the price is reasonable; and I was floored when I realized that the sound echoed in the grotto. I was not going to use a custom house mod this play through...guess I was wrong.

Just a tiny little thing: maybe you could capitalize "Grotto" and "House" to make it more in line with the vanilla naming system?
Anyway, thanks for the mod!

I checked the file in Creation kit and it doesn't require update.esm where the skyrim updates are usually stored in. So everything you should have is skyrim.esm (the main file)

After testing and using the mod I can say that you made just the perfect house mod for me. I have played this game so many hours (~1000 hours) and I never found the right housing mod until now! Amazing! Things I noticed after furnishing: - there is tiny possibility, that you can fall behind outside resting area porch (next to birch) and get stuck. - ceiling in grotto sometimes have 1 second flickering if you look up. - second floor just after you walk up the stairs, cup and plate falls out of the shelf if you re-enter house. - first floor has above armory entrance shield rack with 2 swords. The Right Sword will fall off the wall if you re-enter house. I might ask tiny request, is it possible to add tiny lever outside what could toggle all the candles on ? I would keep with immersion possibility to turn off and on - manually candles, but sometimes I'm so tired of my adventures, that I would like to have option to light everything up once. Same thing inside of the house (tiny toggle all candles lever) ? Edit: Have you ever thought of adding little test dummies somewhere to test sword swings / garden - farm area for alchemist / couple of butterflies and flying birds who sing ? anyway, endorsed and voted as best mod of the month!!!

I agree. Surely a Dragonborn could learn a simple spell like Flickum Biccus...
